Empowering Minds: Skill Workshops Across Campuses
HerWILL is committed to empowering the next generation by conducting a series of impactful workshops at universities, colleges, and schools nationwide. These sessions cover a wide range of topics, including essential soft skills, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and more. Our mission is to equip students with practical knowledge and skills that prepare them for future challenges, fostering innovation, leadership, and professional growth.

HerWILL has partnered with the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute for Advances in Optimization (AI4OPT) to create a series of expert-led workshops on cutting edge technology that will keep job seekers relevant and in demand to not only help them survive, but thrive in the current public, private, and academic landscape.
Alongside the Atlanta Tech Workforce Consortium, we host competitions and conferences that both introduce underrepresented communities to AI and cutting edge technology training workshops. Workshops include topics such as Generative AI, Network Science in Social Media, Data Meshing and more.

HerWILL Tech Talk: Call for Write-Ups
HerWILL presents Tech Talk, an exciting opportunity for tech enthusiasts, bloggers, and innovators to showcase their insights and expertise on cutting-edge technology topics. This campaign invites individuals to write about the latest trends in tech and make their voices heard in the global tech community.

HerWILL Datathons
HerWILL hosts annual Datathons where participants compete with real world research data, turning their theoretical knowledge into marketable skills.
Our goal is to not only host these inclusive events, but to start a movement towards a more diverse, skilled, and just tech workforce. Our past Datathons include 500+ participants, 120 participating universities, 50 internship placements, and $30,000 awarded in scholarships.

Data Forge 2023
HerWILL organized our signature Data Science program consisting of workshops and a contest across the globe in December 2023 in collaboration with the National Student Data Corps (NSDC) HerWILL Chapter. The program consisted of a series of custom-made workshops to give an in-depth overview of Data Science to the participants and an intense 72-hour Datathon.


HerWILL at AI4OPT
The long-term HerWILL and AI4OPT collaboration supports our mission to be more diverse and inclusive, with a specific emphasis on empowering and advancing women in AI and STEM. Our combined resources and expertise including mentorship, leadership training, networking events, and technical workshops, offer a range of programs to support women pursuing careers in tech fields.


HerWILL + Grow with Google
Thanks to a partnership with Google, HerWILL is now able to provide Google Career Certificate scholarships to people who can benefit most from this job training. Google Career Certificates provide people with access to in-demand jobs through rapid re-skilling without the need for a college degree or prior experience.

HerWILL Chapter @ NSDC
The NSDC Institutional Chapter at HerWILL was built with the aim to create a dynamic and engaging platform for underserved students in Bangladesh and the United States to learn and excel in data science.
