Who We Are
HerWILL is dedicated to promoting gender and racial equality by connecting women and underrepresented youth with opportunities in STEM fields.

Farhana Hasan
CEO/Founder
Growing up, I had access to opportunities that allowed me to dream big and achieve my goals. Yet, I also saw the gaps that women of color faced globally, barriers that stifled their potential. This contrast drove my passion to bridge that gap.
HerWILL was born from this desire to create an equal opportunity world where every girl and woman can reach for the stars. Our mission is to educate, empower, and elevate by providing resources for mentorship, academic excellence, STEM training, personal branding, and entrepreneurship. We also include young men in our efforts because true equality can only be achieved when they understand the challenges women face.
Every girl is born with talents that go beyond domestic boundaries. By cultivating these talents, we not only help women achieve their full potential but also contribute to the global economy. Empowered women drive innovation, productivity, and economic growth, creating a more prosperous and equal world for everyone. HerWILL shows how we cultivate them to reach their full potential.
Join us in transforming lives and creating a world where every woman and girl has the freedom to soar.
With gratitude,
Farhana Hasan
