We help our interns build a personal mentoring network and a safe space to grow resilience and advocacy skills. The program works to close existing disparities and open equal opportunity to anyone pursuing leadership or a career in STEM.
We aim to help our interns develop a personal mentoring network, including a safe space to build resilience and advocacy skills. The program addresses existing disparities and promotes equal opportunities for all individuals interested in pursuing leadership opportunities or careers in STEM.
Our different intern positions vary based on availability but current positions include: web developers, business analysts, social media coordinators, program managers and virtual assistants.

Bootcamps in Data Science, AI & Leadership
Since January 2025, HerWILL has educated more than 600 students through a series of workshops and training sessions focused on data science, AI, and leadership. Delivered virtually, in-person, and in hybrid formats, these programs are breaking barriers and opening doors for every learner.

The application process is through email by sending your resume and portfolio (depending on the position) to leadership@herwill.org.
All positions are remote unless specified otherwise.
The time commitment that’s expected is between 5-10 hours a week for a 3-month timeframe.
Depending on the position you’re applying for, there is an overarching project for each position. Weekly tasks are assigned to each intern from their lead who meets with them on a recurring basis to guide them through the project.
